B Young Baskets is committed to providing our
customers with a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience. The
following are our strict standards we adhere to for all our gifts.
- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed- If the recipient is not happy
with the basket call us to let us know why. As long as the basket is
intact (the wrapping is still on and no products have been removed)
we will be happy exchange it for another gift of the same value or
store credit (less shipping costs). We cannot however account for
everyone's tastes and cannot exchange individual products from our
baskets.

Gourmet
Gift Baskets - We have tested each product thoroughly -
"If I don't like it - I won't sell it!" We have taste testing days throughout
the year when new products are introduced and a number of people
with different tastes are invited to come. Products are rated on a
scale of 1-10 and only those products with a rating of 8 and above
are used in our gifts.
- Baby Gift Baskets - All the products we use in our baby baskets
are carefully selected for their durability and adhere to the strict
Canadian standards for goods sold for infants.
- Shipping - Our turnaround time on all our orders is 1 business day
from the time of order. We are committed to keeping this schedule
even in the busy Christmas Season although if we do run behind, we will post the
delays clearly on our pages. Although we are not responsible
for delays arising from the shipping companies, we do try to provide
as much information as possible to you on our order page so that you
have the correct information available to choose the most
appropriate shipping method if your basket is time-sensitive. If you
